This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and implement essential operational processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including job transitions, exits, and compensation adjustments, ensuring precision and efficiency.

• Keep accurate records and documentation, assist with internal and external audits, and enhance processes to ensure continuous adherence to policies and regulations.

• Collaborate closely with Finance and Total Rewards to facilitate payroll operations, time tracking systems, and issue resolution, ensuring precision, robust controls, and an exceptional employee experience.

• Create and sustain Workday reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights, aiding business and operational decision-making.

• Lead intricate, cross-functional projects from problem identification through execution, ensuring alignment, clear milestones, and quantifiable outcomes.

• Serve as a Workday specialist, guaranteeing data accuracy, proactively identifying issues, and maintaining organized, audit-ready systems.

• Recognize gaps in workflows and design scalable, efficient solutions that enhance accuracy, compliance, and user experience.

• Address Tier 1 and Tier 2 inquiries, identify trends, and improve self-service resources to boost efficiency and the employee experience.

• Share expertise, document processes, and adapt across onboarding, core operations, systems, reporting, and compliance tasks as required, contributing to a robust, scalable People Operations function.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR operations, or a related role, preferably in a rapidly growing environment.

• Proficient in Workday, able to manage transactions, generate reports, and proactively spot data issues.

• Experience with compliance, audits, payroll, and/or time and attendance systems.

• Possess a systems-thinking mindset and enjoy streamlining processes.

• Comfortable working autonomously and driving projects from inception to completion in ambiguous settings.

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the capability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Communicate effectively and thoughtfully across teams.

• Take initiative and ensure follow-through.

• Familiar with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, Culture Amp, Navan, and Slab or Notion, and able to quickly adapt to new tools.
