This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, performance management, employee development, retention, and offboarding.

• Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins to assess engagement, well-being, and performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks such as burnout, low performance, and concerns regarding retention.

• Collaborate closely with Department Heads and Team Leads to enhance team effectiveness, boost performance, and address complex personnel issues.

• Spearhead and support initiatives aimed at leadership and team development to cultivate robust managerial skills.

• Analyze HR metrics and convert data into actionable insights and strategic business recommendations.

• Assist in compensation and performance review processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with organizational objectives.

• Continuously enhance and streamline HR processes, frameworks, and internal policies.

• Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and cross-departmental projects that support organizational growth and scaling.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Manager, HR People Partner, or in a comparable HR position.

• Fluent proficiency in English.

• Practical experience in managing the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance reviews, retention, and offboarding.

• Strong grasp of performance management and employee motivation principles.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to effectively collaborate with managers and employees at all levels.

• Confident in working with HR data, metrics, and reports, able to make informed decisions based on insights.

• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, demonstrating a high degree of responsibility and ownership.

• Coaching or mentoring experience.
