People Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with departmental leaders to comprehend business requirements and assist in formulating plans that enhance organizational capabilities and foster growth.

• Take ownership of our review cycles from start to finish — directing the annual and bi-annual processes, and guiding calibration and compensation decisions.

• Assist managers and employees with daily inquiries and concerns, exercising fairness and sound judgment.

• Evaluate team structures and collaborate with leaders to pinpoint areas that need improvement.

• Facilitate organizational change initiatives and promote change-readiness throughout teams.

• Cultivate strong working relationships with managers to grasp their needs in relation to business objectives.

• Examine and interpret People metrics and analytics to identify trends and support informed decision-making.

• Partner with leaders to implement engagement initiatives.

• Contribute to the development and execution of people programs that encourage employee growth and advancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of progressive HR/People experience, preferably as an HRBP or People Partner supporting various teams or functions.

• A robust foundation in People data and analytics — employing metrics to identify issues and drive decisions.

• Business Acumen: The ability to comprehend performance objectives that influence business outcomes and utilize data and analytics for informed business decisions.

• Global Perspective: The capacity to build trust, fairness, and credibility with team members, managers, and cross-functional partners in a global setting.
