People Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle. You will assist new hires during onboarding, conduct regular check-ins and one-on-ones, and serve as a dependable resource for employees and managers regarding everyday HR issues — including leave, policies, employment condition modifications, transfers, and offboarding.

• Collaborate with managers and HR Operations on employee processes and organizational adjustments. You will manage employment modifications from start to finish: drafting offers, creating system requests, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution.

• Engage in essential HR cycles. You will be actively involved in the Annual Review, Upward Review, Engagement Survey, and other global HR initiatives — supporting communication efforts, tracking completion rates, preparing summaries, and assisting managers and employees through the process.

• Contribute to the broader people agenda. In addition to core processes, you will support internal events such as One Team Days, HR marketing initiatives, and various people projects as they develop.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as a People Partner or HR Generalist.

• Practical experience conducting regular one-on-ones and assisting employees with daily matters.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple processes simultaneously.

• A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in people and enhancing the employee experience.

• Proficiency in English.
