This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with leaders and team members to gain insights into business priorities, organizational requirements, and team dynamics.
• Recognize opportunities, emerging risks, and areas where People programs can enhance organizational success.
• Work alongside the Chief People Officer to establish priorities and independently drive initiatives forward.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle from workforce planning to offer acceptance.
• Manage sourcing, interviewing, candidate communication, offers, onboarding, recruiting operations, communications, and employer branding.
• Provide coaching to hiring managers throughout the interview and selection processes.
• Track recruiting metrics and enhance hiring processes and candidate experiences.
• Direct performance management processes and the annual talent calendar.
• Create materials for talent reviews, calibration, succession planning, and promotion strategies.
• Examine organizational performance and talent trends.
• Spearhead engagement surveys and initiatives for organizational feedback.
• Prepare executive presentations, organizational summaries, leader reports, and additional supporting materials.
• Facilitate action planning for leaders and monitor progress accordingly.
• Design and implement leadership and employee development programs, materials, tools, and resources.
• Deliver development programs and workshops while assessing their effectiveness.
• Assist with organizational change initiatives through implementation plans, communications, and leader resources.
• Lead culture, employee experience, Certified B Corporation, and Public Benefit Corporation initiatives and reporting.
• Create internal communications and employee programs that foster organizational alignment.
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources covering talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, culture, and employee experience.
• Proven experience in leading recruitment, engagement, performance, leadership development, and other People initiatives from conception to execution.
• Background in partnering with leaders to address organizational and talent challenges.
• Strong business acumen linking People practices to business priorities and organizational outcomes.
• Exceptional analytical, facilitation, project management, written communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, formulate thoughtful recommendations, and independently manage work with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience supporting organizational change and executing People initiatives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP).
• Willingness to travel as required is a condition of employment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
