People Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete employee lifecycle for both corporate and clinical teams by managing virtual onboarding processes, conducting exit interviews, and executing pulse surveys to transform feedback into actionable cultural initiatives.

• Act as the main point of contact for intricate remote employee relations and conflict resolution, offering objective and empathetic guidance while ensuring adherence to compliance and documentation standards.

• Collaborate with the VP of People to strategize and implement the annual performance review cycle, which includes the creation of training materials, development of review frameworks, and facilitating fair and equitable performance calibrations.

• Mentor and assist people managers in handling challenging conversations, resolving team conflicts, and utilizing performance management frameworks to unlock their teams' full potential.

• Aid in the annual promotion and compensation adjustment processes by establishing clear approval workflows and providing managers with the necessary training to communicate compensation decisions transparently.

• Work alongside vertical leaders to design, implement, and sustain structured growth paths and career progression frameworks across various departments and levels.

• Create, deliver, and monitor virtual training programs for corporate staff while facilitating specialized leadership development initiatives aimed at enhancing managerial capabilities.

• Identify key organizational roles, develop strong internal succession paths, and assist managers in crafting tailored development plans for high-potential and top-performing employees.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience specifically as a People/HR Business Partner or People Partner, preferably within a fully remote setting.

• Previous experience supporting a diverse mix of corporate staff as well as hourly, frontline, or clinical/healthcare teams, with a comprehensive understanding of the distinct engagement and operational needs of both.

• Proven experience in independently managing complex employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations remotely, while balancing empathy with rigorous compliance and documentation standards.

• Direct experience in designing, scaling, and executing company-wide talent milestones, including performance calibrations, promotion cycles, and merit/compensation reviews.

• Strong background in coaching people managers through challenging conversations and team dynamics, along with hands-on experience in creating and facilitating virtual leadership development or training programs.

• Demonstrated ability to construct structured career ladders, growth pathways, and succession/development plans for high-potential employees across various departments.

• Experience leveraging HR data, pulse surveys, and insights from exit interviews to identify cultural trends and develop actionable retention strategies.
