This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee programs and systems related to employee engagement, recognition, performance, and compensation-cycle logistics.
• Manage the full lifecycle of onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and compliance operations.
• Collaborate with People leadership, IT, Legal, and Finance departments.
• Enhance HR Operations processes and automate manual tasks.
• Review compliance documentation and pinpoint gaps across various states and entities.
• Independently manage core People Operations workflows.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Establish accountability and regular check-ins with payroll, HRIS, and other system vendors.
• Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives, company-wide meetings, and celebrations.
• Oversee daily US benefits administration, including addressing employee inquiries, managing open enrollment, and coordinating with carriers/brokers.
• Manage communications, training, and playbooks for the H2 performance and compensation review cycle.
• Take ownership of the employee recognition program from start to finish.
• Maintain audit-ready compliance documentation across all operational states.
• Report to the Senior Manager of People Operations.
• 4-6+ years of experience in an HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Generalist role.
• Proven experience in program management.
• Capability to launch and manage company-wide programs from inception to execution.
• Experience managing payroll, HRIS, and LMS vendor relationships.
• Proficient in process mapping, identifying friction points, and redesigning workflows.
• Knowledgeable in employment law and HR compliance requirements across multiple states or entities.
• Sound judgment on when to address issues directly and when to escalate to People leadership.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and run programs for employees at all levels.
• Skillful in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI agents and automations to enhance recurring HR operations tasks.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
