This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the comprehensive new joiner process, encompassing logistics from offer to start, along with the coordination of account and equipment provisioning in collaboration with IT.
• Manage and uphold HiBob (HRIS), Ashby (ATS), and Remote (EOR), ensuring efficient workflows, permissions, and integrations.
• Maintain accurate and clean employee data across all systems, ensuring that payroll input data is precise.
• Develop and sustain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, and playbooks related to onboarding, offboarding, and systems administration.
• Accurately and promptly process promotions, transfers, and terminations across all systems.
• Offer initial support for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and system access, escalating issues when necessary.
• Assist with compliance and audit requests, including conducting access reviews, managing data retention, and providing audit evidence.
• Identify areas of process friction and implement ongoing improvements.
• Manage complete recruitment cycles across various functions, build talent pipelines, advise hiring managers, and enhance hiring processes and candidate experiences.
• Proven experience in a high-growth environment, preferably in remote settings and across multiple regions.
• Experience in administering HR technology systems, specifically HiBob, Remote, and Ashby.
• Skilled in creating onboarding workflows and automations while ensuring data integrity.
• Proficient in managing the end-to-end onboarding process, coordinating with IT, finance, and hiring managers.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work asynchronously across EMEA time zones as part of a distributed remote team.
• Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive employee information.
• Experience with UK employment regulations is essential.
• Familiarity with French employment practices is a plus.
