📋 Description

• Prepare and issue employment contracts, addendums, HR letters, and confirmation documents under the supervision of the Lead, Contracts & HR Administration.

• Maintain accurate and organized digital employee records, ensuring all updates are correctly reflected in the HRIS and compliant with payroll requirements.

• Assist in reviewing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to Moniepoint’s templates and standards.

• Update and monitor contract status, approvals, and signatures to ensure timely processing for new hires, transfers, and internal changes.

• Aid Talent Acquisition by preparing documentation for new hires as part of the onboarding process.

• Collaborate closely with Payroll Operations to ensure correct capture of all contract-related changes, allowances, and deductions.

• Support internal audits by organizing digital files, preparing evidence, and ensuring records are current and accessible.

• Help maintain the template libraries, version control, and documentation logs.

• Address basic HR administration queries, directing more complex issues to the relevant team.

• Provide general administrative support to People Operations, particularly during onboarding phases and payroll deadlines.

• Collaborate with business leaders to implement people plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and talent priorities.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, People Operations, or a similar administrative support role.

• Basic understanding of HR documentation, employee records, and data accuracy standards.

• Proficient in using HR systems, spreadsheets, and document management tools.

• Strong attention to detail with the capability to quickly identify inconsistencies.

• Experience in multi-country or fast-paced organizations (preferred).

• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and digital signature tools (preferred).

• Interest in HR operations, compliance, and process optimization (preferred).
