This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate consistent, precise, and employee-focused People Team processes throughout the global employee lifecycle.
• Implement administrative workflows and oversee employee transactions.
• Monitor and address employee inquiries via shared People Team inboxes.
• Assist in interpreting policies and processes, escalating complex or high-risk issues.
• Maintain documentation of processes, departmental forms, job aids, and content for the internal knowledge base.
• Manage designated aspects of voluntary and involuntary offboarding workflows.
• Process Employee Change Forms and Verifications of Employment.
• Ensure accurate, audit-ready employee records are maintained throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate routine steps in the Leaves of Absence and Accommodation processes.
• Support People Ops projects and initiatives that cross functional areas.
• Ensure HRIS accuracy and integrity.
• Resolve HRIS issues in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
• Fulfill reporting requests and assist with regular People Ops reporting.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows through systems, documentation, automation, and AI.
• Analyze trends in employee inquiries and suggest improvements to documentation, training materials, workflows, and self-service content.
• Process benefits transactions, new-hire enrollments, and life events within the HRIS.
• Support annual open enrollment activities, employee communications, and issue resolution.
• Respond to employee benefits inquiries and provide general guidance on plans and processes.
• Collaborate with benefits vendors to resolve employee issues and ensure timely follow-up.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of directly relevant experience.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Familiarity with multistate employment laws and regulations.
• Capability to work remotely across various time zones.
• Experience with HRIS and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Proficient in troubleshooting HRIS-related issues.
• Ability to manage confidential employee and benefits information.
