This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the reliable, precise, and employee-focused execution of essential People Team processes throughout the global employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the People Team to implement administrative workflows, oversee employee transactions, and enhance the overall employee experience.
• Stay informed about multistate employment laws and regulations in the states of operation.
• Monitor and address employee inquiries via shared People Team inboxes, ensuring proper documentation, routing, and follow-up.
• Assist with routine policy and process interpretation, escalating complex or high-risk issues to People Partners, Legal, Benefits, or subject matter experts as necessary.
• Maintain and enhance process documentation, departmental forms, job aids, and content in the internal knowledge base.
• Manage designated aspects of voluntary and involuntary offboarding workflows.
• Process Employee Change Forms and Verifications of Employment efficiently.
• Ensure accurate, audit-ready employee records are maintained throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Handle routine Leaves of Absence and Accommodation process steps with confidentiality.
• Contribute to People Operations projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure HRIS accuracy and integrity; troubleshoot HRIS issues in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
• Execute simple and recurring People Operations reporting requests while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through systems, documentation, automation, and AI.
• Analyze trends in employee inquiries and propose enhancements to documentation, training materials, workflows, and self-service content.
• Handle benefits transactions, including enrollments for new hires and life events, and gather necessary documentation.
• Assist with annual open enrollment, employee communications, and issue resolution in partnership with the People Team and benefits brokers.
• Provide general advice on employee benefit plans, programs, and processes.
• Collaborate with benefits vendors to resolve employee concerns and ensure prompt follow-up.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 3 years of directly relevant experience.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
• Service-oriented mindset.
• Proficient project management skills.
• Knowledgeable in multistate employment laws and regulations.
• Experience in HRIS administration and troubleshooting.
• Capable of managing confidential employee records and benefits information with precision.
