This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the complete onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ensure a smooth experience for new hires from the time of offer acceptance through to onboarding.
• Maintain precise employee records and HR documentation.
• Organize confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits for employees.
• Conduct exit interviews to uncover areas for improvement.
• Keep employee data up-to-date in the HRIS and verify its accuracy.
• Assist payroll by managing attendance, leave, reimbursements, and employee changes.
• Administer employee benefits, insurance, and wellness initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
• Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Address employee inquiries related to HR matters.
• Oversee the performance review cycles.
• Manage performance systems like Lattice.
• Monitor goal-setting, reviews, and development plans.
• Create performance dashboards and HR analytics.
• Provide support to managers during appraisal and promotion cycles.
• Organize new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
• Manage the company’s learning calendar.
• Arrange both internal and external training programs.
• Coordinate leadership development initiatives.
• Track the completion of mandatory compliance training.
• Maintain training records and learning metrics.
• Collect employee feedback to continually enhance learning programs.
• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Organize employee recognition and rewards programs.
• Conduct employee surveys and analyze the feedback received.
• Support wellness initiatives and activities that foster company culture.
• Plan and execute company events, town halls, and celebrations.
• Promote onboarding buddy and mentoring programs.
• Prepare monthly HR dashboards.
• Monitor key personnel metrics such as headcount, attrition, retention, diversity, engagement, learning completion, and performance review completion.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data.
• Ensure HR documentation aligns with applicable laws and company policies.
• Maintain employee files and ensure audit readiness.
• Support both internal and external HR audits.
• Assist in the rollout of policies and compliance initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or Human Resources.
• Familiarity with HRIS and performance management systems.
• Preferred experience with Learning & Development programs.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Experience in a fast-paced technology or startup environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.

• Analytical mindset with adeptness in Excel and reporting.
