People Operations Partner, Workday HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, configure, test, and sustain advanced Workday HCM business processes, objects, condition rules, notifications, EIBs, Workday security roles, and system settings.

• Resolve intricate Workday issues.

• Spearhead functional testing for Workday's bi-annual releases, assessing system impacts and suggesting enhancements.

• Preserve system documentation, process maps, configuration logs, and training resources.

• Create and sustain sophisticated Workday reports (including calculated fields, custom reports, matrix reports, dashboards, and discovery boards).

• Perform data audits to ensure precision, compliance, and system integrity.

• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Talent, and Compliance teams to support Workday-enabled processes.

• Propose process improvements and automation prospects utilizing Workday functionality.

• Execute cross-functional HR technology projects in accordance with set timelines and performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on Workday experience in troubleshooting, configuration, and reporting within core HCM Absence, Benefits, Security, Payroll, Reporting, and BP Configuration.

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline; equivalent experience will be considered.

• A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience (required).

• Proficiency in at least three functional areas of Workday (e.g., Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Reporting, Compensation, Security, Talent, Payroll).

• Proven experience with EIBs, calculated fields, advanced reporting, and HR data analysis.

• Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Strong grasp of HR operational workflows, compliance, and data governance.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
