People Operations Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Organize and oversee company events that engage our workforce and promote a positive team atmosphere.

• Attain excellent feedback ratings, robust participation rates among departments, and high engagement levels for social events, including casual activities like movie nights, Tech Talks, and outsourced events.

• Monitor participation in engagement initiatives such as quarterly meetups and Social Club activities.

• Ensure that every employee attends at least one activity each quarter.

• Supervise and track regular leadership check-ins, identify potential workforce challenges, and work with key stakeholders on proactive resolution strategies.

• Oversee the overall onboarding process and guarantee timely execution of activities.

• Facilitate employee onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive experience, which includes conducting new hire orientations, organizing team introductions, and performing 1-week check-ins.

• Manage employee 201 files, track personal information, and ensure compliance with pre-employment standards.

• Support learning and development initiatives to enhance growth and advancement opportunities for employees.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a People Operations, HR, or Administrative capacity, with a strong emphasis on engagement, onboarding, or internal communications.

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) as well as MS Office applications.

• Basic graphic design abilities (e.g., Canva) for creating internal company announcements and communications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail coupled with effective time management abilities.

• Highly imaginative with a proactive, high-agency approach.
