• Keep accurate employee records, policies, and handbooks.

• Apply data-driven methods to monitor engagement, retention, and performance trends.

• Talent & Performance

• Assist in hiring processes by coordinating with recruiters and hiring managers.

• Lead onboarding initiatives that prepare new hires for success in a remote setting.

• Oversee performance cycles, feedback mechanisms, and development pathways.

• Coach managers on effective remote leadership and communication.

• Act as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
