People Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of HR Business Partner enablement from start to finish by designing, launching, and refining agentic tools.

• Develop and uphold operational workflows, playbooks, tools, and automations for managers.

• Create and sustain dashboards for assessing the functional health of the organization.

• Collaborate with HR leadership to identify actionable metrics and ensure they are visible in real-time.

• Streamline employee processes by implementing structured, compliant workflows.

• Advocate for the responsible use of AI within HR while establishing employee-data safeguarding measures in conjunction with Legal and IT.

• Establish success metrics and KPIs for the programs you oversee, including shipped automations, workflow adoption, and dashboard interaction.

• Collect feedback, analyze signals, and refine programs and workflows as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive management of HR operations or People programs, which includes design, implementation, impact assessment, and continuous improvement.

• Current practical experience using AI tools and a history of experimenting with workflows and automations.

• Capability to develop or significantly contribute to agentic tools.

• Adequate understanding of LLMs to craft prompts, assess outputs, and produce reusable workflows.

• Practical experience with data and tools, encompassing dashboards, automations, or HRIS systems.

• Background in closely collaborating with HRBPs or functioning in an HR generalist role.

• Proficient communication skills to effectively engage with HR, Legal, Engineering, and business teams.

• Proven experience in managing intricate cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders and conflicting timelines.

• Experience in building or maintaining people analytics dashboards and translating HR data into practical insights.
