This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership and enhance essential People Operations processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and role transitions.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries from employees and managers, delivering thoughtful and prompt assistance.
• Ensure the integrity and efficiency of HRIS data and workflows using Rippling.
• Collaborate with managers to facilitate performance cycles and engagement initiatives.
• Assist in the development of scalable processes as the company expands globally.
• Manage access across People systems and company tools, guaranteeing strong data control, security, and audit preparedness.
• Discover opportunities to utilize AI and automation to enhance People Operations processes, minimize manual tasks, and improve the employee experience.
• Aid in compensation cycles, including benchmarking, salary reviews, promotions, and adjustments.
• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of compensation frameworks and job architecture.
• Oversee and enhance global benefits programs, such as health, leave, wellness, and new offerings.
• Collaborate with external vendors and brokers to manage renewals and implementation.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations across various countries.
• Assist with the setup of international employment and ongoing operations, including EORs, payroll coordination, and documentation.
• Support the creation and updating of policies.
• Help manage audits, reporting, and documentation across different regions.
• Contribute to significant People initiatives, such as manager training, performance enhancements, and new benefits rollouts.
• Identify inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements.
• Aid in the development of documentation and internal resources for managers and employees.
• Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Oversee the candidate experience, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
• Assist with job posting setup and updates on the careers site and external job boards.
• Support pre-boarding and onboarding processes.
• 2-4 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Total Rewards.
• Proven ability to manage and maintain high-quality, reliable people data across systems and processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment, preferably in a startup or tech setting.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies, including AI, and a readiness to integrate them into daily tasks.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions with Finance, Legal, and leadership teams.
