This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Take ownership of and enhance the employer branding strategy for Life at Nectar Social.
• Establish Nectar’s reputation as an attractive workplace on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other pertinent platforms.
• Develop and oversee content calendars dedicated to employer branding and culture-centric campaigns.
• Capture and disseminate employee narratives, team achievements, office experiences, events, accolades, and behind-the-scenes insights.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce high-quality visual materials, videos, posts, reels, and campaigns.
• Ensure that all employer branding content aligns with Nectar’s culture, tone, values, and visual identity.
• Monitor engagement metrics and continuously refine employer branding campaigns based on performance analytics.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with universities throughout Pakistan, particularly in Lahore and other key talent hubs.
• Initiate campus branding strategies to establish Nectar Social as a sought-after employer for recent graduates.
• Organize university engagements, tech talks, career fairs, ambassador programs, and student interaction initiatives.
• Develop sustainable hiring pipelines for roles in engineering, product, design, marketing, and operations.
• Collaborate with the Talent team to strategize annual hiring campaigns for fresh graduates and internship programs.
• Identify leading universities, societies, faculty members, and student organizations for strategic partnerships.
• Plan and implement in-house events that enhance Nectar’s culture and employee experience.
• Spearhead initiatives involving office events, team-building activities, onboarding experiences, celebrations, offsite gatherings, speaker sessions, and community engagement activities.
• Foster the development of a robust internal culture that embodies Nectar’s values and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Collaborate with Operations to enhance the office experience, making it more engaging, welcoming, and memorable.
• Generate content and campaigns that highlight internal events, showcasing Nectar’s culture to external audiences.
• Partner with the Talent team to assist in hiring campaigns for priority positions.
• Create recruitment marketing materials for open positions, hiring initiatives, and talent campaigns.
• Contribute to improving candidate-facing communications, job postings, hiring announcements, and employer brand touchpoints.
• Support initiatives that enhance the candidate experience at Nectar from initial interaction through to onboarding.
• Develop campaigns aimed at attracting high-caliber candidates from both experienced and entry-level talent pools.
• 3–6 years of pertinent experience in employer branding, marketing, talent marketing, campus recruitment, communications, or a related area.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Proven experience in creating or managing content calendars, brand campaigns, or digital marketing initiatives.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Capability to produce engaging content surrounding people, culture, workplace, and company growth.
• Prior experience with universities, student societies, campus programs, or graduate hiring pipelines is highly preferred.
• Strong project management abilities with a track record of overseeing events, campaigns, and partnerships from start to finish.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Talent, Operations, Design, Marketing, and Leadership.
