This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• The People Operations Coordinator plays a key role in providing administrative and operational assistance to the People (HR) team, ensuring a superior candidate and employee experience throughout their lifecycle.
• This position oversees daily people operations responsibilities, including talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, benefits and payroll administration support, HRIS data integrity, employee communications, compliance tracking, and reporting—while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related administrative role supporting HR functions.
• Familiarity with ATS systems (such as Workable) and a strong proficiency in Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with the Rippling HRIS system.
• Solid understanding of employment-related documentation and basic compliance requirements (I9, W-4, state reporting).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proven capability to manage competing priorities and complete tasks on time in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• This position primarily supports the North America People Operations team, requiring availability to work during US business hours to effectively collaborate with employees, managers, and stakeholders across the region.
