People Operations Coach – SVP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Delivering personalized coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions utilizing the Mento Platform and Tools.

• Engaging in continuous training sessions to enhance coaching capabilities and expertise.

• Interacting with members through your Mento email or via chat in the Mento App between sessions.

• Being an essential part of the Mento coaching community by sharing coaching tools and insights—contributing to the enhancement of our coaching practices and fulfilling our mission to empower individuals to thrive in careers they love.

• Demonstrating kindness, respect, and empathy as a representative of the Mento community.

⛳️ Requirements

• A VP+ or C-suite human resources leader with over 20 years of experience in managing HR teams and coaching individuals (coaching certification is advantageous but not mandatory).

• An individual eager to transform their people leadership skills into impactful coaching abilities.

• Passionate about assisting individuals in progressing within the workplace to create fulfilling careers and lives.

• A self-aware person with a high emotional intelligence, dedicated to fostering a safe environment for others to feel comfortable being vulnerable.

• Enthusiastic about developing your coaching skills, possessing a growth mindset regardless of your coaching experience duration.

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic startup environment.

• Capable of committing at least 12+ hours per month to coaching at Mento for the next 24+ months.

• This position is contractual, with coaches compensated on an hourly basis.

• In addition to a standard hourly rate, we provide select bonuses that incentivize engagement with our members and community growth on our platform.

• You must be able to allocate a minimum of three to five hours per week to Mento, irrespective of other commitments and their potential changes.

• You should be willing to work with Mento for a minimum of 24 months to cultivate meaningful relationships with our members.

• This is a fully remote position open to candidates across Europe.

• As this is a part-time growth opportunity, we seek to hire seasoned senior leaders who aspire to enhance their coaching skills.
