This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee company-wide People Experience & Culture initiatives from the initial planning phase through to execution and delivery.
• Develop and sustain clear execution plans, Jira workflows, project roadmaps, timelines, trackers, and status reports.
• Establish and maintain a single source of truth for each initiative, which includes documentation, meeting notes, decision logs, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and various other business teams.
• Lead project meetings and cross-functional alignment sessions to ensure transparency and progress is maintained.
• Convert discussions into concise action items, assigning ownership, setting deadlines, and determining next steps.
• Proactively identify and address ambiguous ownership, conflicting priorities, unresolved decisions, or unrealistic timelines in a constructive manner.
• Monitor project risks, blockers, dependencies, and open decisions, escalating issues promptly when necessary.
• Ensure project documentation is organized, accurate, user-friendly, and consistently updated.
• Compile regular project updates and progress reports for stakeholders and leadership teams.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, program management, operations, or a comparable role.
• Proficient in both Russian and English (Upper-Intermediate level or above).
• Experience in People, HR, Employee Experience, Internal Communications, or Business Operations functions.
• Strong practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and various project tracking methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and departments.
• Capability to bring structure and clarity to rapidly changing and ambiguous situations.
• Excellent written communication, documentation, and follow-up abilities.
• High level of ownership, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Preferred: Experience in Employee Lifecycle or Customer Experience initiatives such as onboarding, engagement, or offboarding.
• Experience within international product or IT companies.
• Familiarity with HR tech implementation or process optimization projects.
