People Experience Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Serve as local delivery specialists for JLL's global HR strategy while aligning local policies and practices.

• Proactively identify opportunities or challenges and create sustainable solutions.

• Foster an outstanding employee experience throughout onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, and other significant moments.

• Promote an inclusive environment that values diversity and fosters employee belonging.

• Lead or engage in just-in-time projects that impact business outcomes.

• Manage employee relations issues and performance management in collaboration with the Employee Relations team.

• Offer consultation through coaching, training, and advisory services.

• Assist employee groups during business transitions, expansions, and stabilization efforts.

• Develop trusted relationships with local employees and People Partners as the primary on-site contact.

• Carry out HR responsibilities and enhance employee lifecycle efficiencies through effective interactions and transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.

• Background in Employee Relations, including handling investigations, claims, and performance management.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, such as a BS in human resources, business administration, or a related vocational apprenticeship.

• Experience working within a remote, matrixed, and geographically diverse organization.

• Effective team player with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.

• Competent facilitator skilled in leading local and regional employee events and programs.

• Strong team management capabilities and adeptness at prioritizing tasks.

• Ability to adapt communication styles to different situations and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Exceptional organizational skills, a starter-finisher mindset, and keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to build robust and meaningful relationships as a trusted HR advisor.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship; this position does not offer visa sponsorship.
