This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assist in the entire recruitment process, ranging from crafting job postings to managing applicants.

• You will autonomously organize interviews and engage professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• You will oversee applicant data and support the preparation of employment contracts.

• You will aid in enhancing current recruitment processes and play a role in the implementation of new HR tools and frameworks.

• You will participate in cross-functional people initiatives, such as onboarding, internal events, feedback mechanisms, and employer branding.

• You are pursuing a degree in Psychology, Economics, Business Psychology, or a related discipline, or you have successfully completed your studies.

• You possess strong organizational skills and prefer a structured, independent, and solution-focused approach to work.

• You are eager to help shape our recruiting, HR processes, and team culture from your very first day.

• You enjoy assuming responsibility and work with diligence and attention to detail.

• You are fluent in both German and English.

• Ideally, you have some previous experience in HR or recruiting and are seeking a new challenge in a dynamic startup setting.
