• To offer structured exposure to People & Culture operations within a contemporary IT organization.
• The intern will acquire practical experience in HR processes, digital HR systems, and administrative coordination while assisting the P&C team in a remote setting.
• This position is intended as a learning-centric opportunity that includes ongoing training, immediate exposure, and professional growth in HR methodologies.
• Practical experience in maintaining employee records and HR documentation through digital systems.
• Exposure to recruitment coordination, which includes virtual scheduling, communication, and candidate tracking.
• Active involvement in remote onboarding and induction processes.
• Experience in managing leave, attendance, and timesheet follow-ups via HR tools.
• Involvement in HR policy development and updates to SOP documentation.
• Participation in daily HR administrative and coordination tasks.
• Basic exposure to Zoho Projects and HR system coordination tools.
• Understanding of how HR functions operate within an IT industry context.
• A strong eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow autonomously.
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to learning.
• Must be under 24 years of age.
• CQHRM undergraduate OR completion of DHRM qualification at CIPM or a recognized university.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and coordination capabilities.
• High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with AI tools is an added advantage.
• Comfortable working in a remote or digital work environment.
• Ability to handle tasks independently with minimal oversight.
• This is a paid internship opportunity.
