This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct comprehensive searches for early-career and non-management roles, encompassing Associate and Senior Associate positions.
• Attract candidates, develop interview evaluations, perform first-round interviews, organize panel interviews, and facilitate candidate onboarding.
• Oversee multiple open searches concurrently while nurturing a warm candidate pool.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring requirements and provide updates on search progress.
• Create and publish job descriptions.
• Maintain records and workflows in the applicant-tracking system, specifically in Workable.
• Advertise job openings on both internal and external job boards.
• Arrange candidate interviews and manage hiring logistics.
• Conduct employment reference checks.
• Assist with the logistics and materials for onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Sustain templates for hiring, onboarding, and People & Culture.
• Aid in the revision of organization-wide People & Culture documents, handbooks, and guides.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare meeting agendas and document meeting notes.
• Assist in the development of professional development programs and internal hiring processes.
• Send reminders for performance reviews and surveys.
• Support initiatives related to employee engagement, cultural activities, surveys, and internal communications.
• Create recognition posts for Slack and sustain engagement within Slack channels.
• Organize wellness activities and team-building events.
• Potentially lead cultural activities, including weekly meetings.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, talent acquisition, administration, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team in a dynamic consulting environment.
• Outstanding attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
• Proven experience in conducting end-to-end searches independently, from recruitment to onboarding.
• Experience in drafting job descriptions, evaluating resumes, and selecting candidates.
• Capability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines effectively.
• Strong project management abilities, including tracking tasks, proactively identifying issues, and following through without close supervision.
• Comfort in collaborating across functional areas and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in standard office and productivity tools, such as Google Workspace.
• A genuine interest in organizational operations and a readiness to learn across various disciplines.
• Preference will be given to applicants available during EST hours.
