This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to business leaders, converting business goals into people strategies that enhance organizational performance and transformation.
• Promote a culture of excellence by spearheading initiatives that boost performance, engagement, and retention throughout the organization.
• Offer expert insights on change management strategies that facilitate smooth transitions, employee involvement, and sustained performance during significant changes.
• Counsel and mentor managers on leadership best practices, optimizing team performance, and people management strategies to enhance leadership effectiveness.
• Manage the most intricate and sensitive employee relations matters, including large-scale reorganizations, while upholding fairness and organizational integrity.
• Assess training requirements and collaborate with Learning & Development to create and implement programs that enhance employee skills and address gaps.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancements that influence business outcomes.
• Utilize custom dashboards to analyze HR metrics and workforce data such as turnover rates, diversity metrics, engagement scores, and performance trends to pinpoint risks and opportunities.
• Deliver actionable insights and data-backed recommendations that aid in business planning and strategic HR decision-making.
• Function as a senior advisor to cross-functional leaders, ensuring HR strategies align with business objectives and leading complex, multidisciplinary projects that foster organizational transformation.
• Participate in the design, oversee implementation, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of HR systems and programs that scale with the organization, in collaboration with COE leads.
• Work alongside legal counsel to navigate intricate compliance issues and mitigate risks, while maintaining advanced knowledge of employment law.
• 7-10 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 5 years as a Business Partner.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments (preferably agency, consulting, tech, or professional services).
• Proven capability to align HR initiatives with long-term business objectives and drive significant, enterprise-wide results.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Highly collaborative, capable of working in a matrixed environment, with a strong track record of driving consensus and aligning diverse teams toward shared objectives.
• Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of initiative, resourcefulness, and creativity in tackling challenges.
• Analytical thinker with a robust ability to utilize data and insights to guide decisions and strategic recommendations.
