This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic trusted advisor and change leader for senior executive leadership within the GTM organization and other designated areas.
• Align business goals with global people solutions.
• Develop talent strategy, organizational design, leadership development, Employee Relations, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Provide counsel to VPs, C-suite executives, and functional leaders on talent strategies that support organizational growth objectives.
• Offer personalized leadership guidance to enhance management capabilities, team performance, and leadership resilience across globally distributed teams.
• Utilize HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and performance distribution to assess organizational health and address business challenges.
• Oversee head-count planning, team restructuring, job architecture, and strategic workforce allocations.
• Evaluate organizational effectiveness and design agile team structures for remote work across various time zones.
• Support performance management cycles, 360-degree talent assessments, and merit/compensation reviews.
• Mentor managers on feedback, performance interventions, and developmental planning.
• Conduct talent assessments to identify high-potential talent, emerging leaders, and retention risks.
• Analyze engagement survey results and implement targeted action plans.
• Uphold and promote Andela’s remote-first culture across diverse international teams and locations.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for intricate employee relations issues, leadership disputes, and compliance concerns.
• Stay informed on international and US labor standards while collaborating with Legal and People Operations to ensure compliant workplace practices.
• Over 10 years of progressive HR/People experience.
• A minimum of 3–5+ years in a senior HRBP or People Partner role supporting VP and C-suite executive leadership.
• Experience in supporting GTM functions within dynamic technology or venture-backed growth settings.
• Proven track record of supporting globally distributed, remote, or multicultural teams across the Americas and EMEA.
• Ability to comprehend financial metrics, go-to-market strategies, and technology product cycles.
• Previous experience with sales incentive strategies.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence, active listening, and negotiation skills.
• Capability to synthesize HR data, engagement metrics, and workforce analytics into actionable strategic plans.
• Demonstrated experience guiding organizations through rapid scaling, restructuring, or change management processes.
• Familiarity with modern HR technology, including HiBob, Ashby, Google Workspace, and Slack.
