📋 Description

• Serve as the senior people partner with a strong Commercial emphasis.

• Convert business strategy into actionable people priorities.

• Offer data-driven, commercially relevant guidance on workforce planning.

• Assist in regional headcount governance.

• Spearhead change management initiatives for major business transformations.

• Design and integrate performance frameworks.

• Act as the reliable, on-site People partner for designated functions.

• Oversee and manage intricate, sensitive, or high-stakes Employee Relations (ER) casework.

• Proven experience in a senior people partner role.

• Strong understanding of business strategy and its translation into people initiatives.

• Expertise in workforce planning with a data-informed approach.

• Experience with headcount governance at a regional level.

• Demonstrated ability to lead change management processes.

• Skills in developing and implementing performance frameworks.

• Capacity to handle complex Employee Relations casework.
