This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with clients to plan and execute initiatives that align with their organizational and business strategies.
• Lead the comprehensive People and talent agenda alongside business leaders as the company expands and evolves.
• Develop strategic People initiatives aimed at boosting business performance.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Talent Acquisition, People Technology, Total Rewards, and regional People partners.
• Ensure that top talent is positioned in key roles while coaching employees to enhance their influence.
• Create and implement training programs in conjunction with Learning & Development.
• Assess organizational needs, explore options, craft solutions, and offer tactical support to teams.
• Guide leaders on matters related to employee relations, disciplinary actions, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Work together on organizational change, performance evaluations, talent growth, employee engagement, communications, and program implementations.
• Spearhead coaching and feedback initiatives, providing recommendations as necessary.
• Evaluate organizational health and effectiveness, driving necessary improvements.
• Utilize Workforce Dashboard and Workday analytics to assist in growth, retention, and leadership decisions.
• Act as a subject matter expert in People and Organizational issues such as talent development, performance management, M&A, and employee engagement.
• Undertake additional duties as required.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a strategic HR Business Partner role.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with global and distributed teams.
• Possess executive presence, resilience, a consultative approach, and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience with Workday is mandatory.
• Capacity to identify trends, diagnose problems, and formulate both immediate and long-term solutions.
• Strong business acumen is essential.
• Exceptional skills in communication, facilitation, planning, and project management.
• Proven track record of closely partnering with senior organizational leaders.
• Experience in scaling processes and organizations within a technology-focused environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to integrate into a business unit and grasp its success and its interactions with other units.
• Good judgment, warmth, approachability, and a sense of humor are crucial.
