This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with business leaders to assess if their current team configuration aligns with their product and commercial objectives.
• Serve as the internal authority on change management and organizational design.
• Proactively identify and address organizational friction points, assisting leaders in enhancing team dynamics.
• Convert foundational talent data into tailored action plans.
• Identify the most impactful opportunities for each business unit, prioritizing and facilitating the execution of specific solutions that drive business results.
• Design our future People Partner model and ultimately recruit, mentor, and lead a team.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in People Partnering / HRBP roles, organizational development, or management consulting, including a minimum of 2–3 years at a Director or Principal level.
• Proven expertise in organizational design (preferably in highly technical, agile environments), change management practices, and creating scalable organizations.
• Extensive experience within high-growth AI, deep-tech, biotech, or intricate R&D settings. Experience in managing the unique aspects of commercializing advanced scientific research is a significant advantage.
• Solid experience in developing high-impact frameworks, operational plans, and accountability structures from the ground up in a complex, mid-sized company context (~200-500 employees).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, HR, or a related discipline; an advanced degree such as a Master’s/MBA/PhD is considered a plus, but tangible business outcomes hold greater importance than credentials.
