People Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Act as a true partner to management, assisting them in leading and developing their teams within Joko's frameworks.

• Serve as the protector of fairness, maintaining adherence to rules while knowing when to make adjustments or deny exceptions.

• Manage sensitive employee matters and investigations with discretion and care.

• Oversee crucial moments in the employee experience, enhancing onboarding and performance processes.

• Create an exceptional Day 1 experience for new employees.

• Build trust while being mindful of boundaries in employee conversations.

• Stay compliant with labor laws and ensure that People-related decisions are grounded in facts.

⛳️ Requirements

• You must reside in France.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in People Operations, focusing on HR Business Partnering, ideally acquired in a fast-paced company or startup.

• Strong knowledge of French labor law (experience with Convention Collective Syntec is advantageous).

• Proficient in both French and English.
