This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Facilitate the complete recruitment process for positions within technology, compliance, operations, and business units.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to oversee job postings, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Assist in candidate screening to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide support for hiring across various jurisdictions.
• Aid in HR matters across key markets such as Malaysia, Indonesia, UAE, Pakistan, and other areas of expansion.
• Assist with onboarding procedures and the management of employee documentation.
• Organize HR records and employee files across regional teams.
• Contribute to HR initiatives that enhance organizational culture and promote employee engagement.
• Keep HR databases, hiring trackers, and internal HR documentation up to date.
• Support the preparation of employment contracts and other HR administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams on HR-related processes.
• Assist with internal HR reporting and tracking headcount.
• 4–7 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations.
• Experience in recruiting for global fintech, technology, or financial services positions is a plus.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities, particularly in managing distributed teams.
• Capability to handle multiple recruitment processes at once.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
