People and Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete recruiting process for clinical, corporate, and operational roles, from requisition to offer acceptance.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to craft recruitment strategies, outline hiring profiles, and streamline hiring processes.

• Identify, screen, interview, and oversee candidate pipelines while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

• Organize interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, and handle offer preparation and pre-employment tasks.

• Monitor recruiting metrics and pinpoint areas for improving hiring efficiency and quality.

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to guarantee a smooth employee experience.

• Ensure accuracy of employee records and HRIS data while complying with company policies and legal standards.

• Assist with performance review cycles, goal-setting initiatives, and talent development programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Over 7 years of progressive HR and recruiting experience with growing responsibilities, including direct collaboration with managers.

• Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruiting across diverse functions and levels.

• In-depth knowledge of employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and employment law.

• Background in supporting healthcare, telehealth, or other regulated industries.

• Familiarity with multi-state employment practices and compliance.

• Experience with benefits administration, leave management, and HR compliance.

• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth remote work environment.

• A sense of humor is essential.
