This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate background checks.
• Prepare offer letters and documentation related to employment.
• Maintain reports on recruiting activities and hiring metrics.
• Assist with recruiting events and initiatives for employer branding.
• Prepare documentation for new hires and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
• Organize orientation sessions and introductions for new employees.
• Coordinate equipment requests and system access in collaboration with IT.
• Manage the offboarding process, including exit documentation and asset recovery.
• Maintain employee records within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
• Process changes in employee status such as promotions, transfers, compensation updates, and terminations.
• Support benefits administration and address employee inquiries.
• Prepare letters for employment verification and other HR-related documents.
• Monitor the completion of mandatory training and acknowledgment of policies.
• Assist payroll by ensuring employee information is accurate and submitted promptly.
• Support employee recognition initiatives.
• Coordinate company meetings, celebrations, and engagement activities.
• Facilitate internal communications and company announcements.
• Help administer employee surveys and compile the resulting feedback.
• Promote the company culture and core values through daily interactions.
• Maintain confidential personnel files.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and company employment regulations.
• Assist with audits and reporting activities.
• Update HR policies, procedures, and templates as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Prepare regular HR metrics and reports.
• Assist leadership with special projects.
• Create presentations, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
• Manage departmental calendars and scheduling.
• Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, People Operations, or Administrative roles.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Capability to handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Willingness to learn new technology platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience using an HRIS such as BambooHR, Paylocity, UKG, ADP, Rippling, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred but not mandatory.
