People Analyst – Talent & Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruitment process for strategic positions throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish hiring strategies and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

• Spearhead Attraction & Selection initiatives aimed at enhancing hiring quality, scalability, and operational excellence.

• Utilize data, AI, and automation to streamline recruiting processes and facilitate informed hiring decisions.

• Develop and enhance recruiting playbooks, tools, and best practices.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams on strategic hiring projects, which include employer branding, interview excellence, and process enhancements.

• Proven experience managing the full recruitment cycle, ideally within technology or high-paced environments.

• Experience in leading projects or implementing process improvements.

• Strong analytical skills with a track record of using recruitment metrics to inform decision-making.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools and recruitment technologies to boost productivity and hiring results.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization abilities.

• A strong sense of ownership and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.

• Fluent in English for daily operations, discussions, meetings, and interviews.

• Nice To Have

• Familiarity with ATS platforms.

• Knowledge of People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or automation tools.
