People Analyst – Talent Pool

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and revise job descriptions in alignment with the needs of the organization.

• Facilitate recruitment and selection processes for Karis and our clients, as needed.

• Administer and analyze behavioral assessments using the Profiler on the Sólides platform.

• Conduct competency-based interviews to identify candidates who align with job descriptions and the company culture.

• Lead onboarding sessions for new employees, introducing the company, its history, organizational culture, best practices for professional etiquette, and guidelines for effective remote work.

• Organize new hire onboarding by scheduling meetings with relevant stakeholders and providing support to employees during their initial three months.

• Identify skill gaps and development opportunities, proposing solutions for the identified needs.

• Implement and oversee organizational climate surveys, recommending improvements based on the findings.

• Execute performance evaluations and create Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

• Develop and refine internal HR policies and processes to enhance and standardize operations.

• Assist leadership and the CEO with strategic decisions related to personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in HR management, particularly in recruitment and selection, onboarding, organizational climate assessments, and performance evaluations.

• Understanding of competency-based interview techniques.

• Familiarity with HR management tools, such as Sólides (Profiler) or similar systems.

• Knowledge of compliance and labor laws is preferred.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Proactive with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Trusted and reliable when managing sensitive information.

• Demonstrates autonomy and accountability.

• Possesses emotional intelligence.

• Capable of flexibility and adaptability.

• Exhibits leadership and influencing capabilities.

• Available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Must have personal equipment, including a computer and peripherals.
