This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Deliver comprehensive HR assistance for the APAC region to the People team.
• Generate employee documentation such as offer letters, contracts, variations, and other pertinent paperwork.
• Maintain employee records by updating the HR Database (Sage) and Peakon.
• Oversee administrative tasks for the onboarding of new employees.
• Enhance processes related to onboarding, offboarding, and all other employee lifecycle events.
• Support and provide guidance to managers and employees regarding HR inquiries.
• Manage the performance appraisal process.
• Offer professional HR advice on policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with payroll and finance on people-related matters.
• Possess knowledge of employment law and best practices.
• Assist the HR Partner in process improvement initiatives.
• Continue fostering a customer service-oriented culture.
• Execute ad-hoc projects, reporting, and various tasks.
• Oversee all HR operational responsibilities to ensure readiness for audits.
• Strong interest in Human Resources.
• Experience in providing HR support.
