Penetration Testing Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.

📋 Description

• Plans, coordinates, and directs red team and penetration testing initiatives across FSA systems.

• Manages the planning, execution, and reporting of tests.

• Maintains tools (including patches and upgrades), their environment, and inventory utilized in penetration testing/Red Team operations.

• Ensures compliance with NIST SP 800-115, MITRE ATT&CK, and DHS RVA standards.

• Provides mentorship to junior testers and assesses new testing tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree and over 12 years of experience in offensive security.

• Must possess an active Secret level clearance.

• Hold at least one of the following certifications: OSCP, OSCE, GXPN, CEH.

• Demonstrated experience with network, application, AWS cloud, and API testing in complex environments.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
