Pega Developer – Active Security Clearance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design and configure Pega applications

• Create workflows and manage case operations

• Address issues in current Pega systems

• Build Pega integrations and services

• Ensure development adheres to guardrail standards

• Execute unit testing and conduct peer evaluations

• Address and rectify technical debt

• Deliver projects using Agile methodologies

• Collaborate in extensive, multi-vendor delivery settings

• Diagnose problems and work closely with stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 11 years of experience in software development

• More than 9 years of direct Pega development experience

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification

• Extensive experience in configuring Pega applications

• Significant experience in designing case management and workflows

• Proven experience in resolving defects within existing Pega systems

• Strong background in developing Pega integrations and services

• Proficient in guardrail-compliant development practices

• Experienced in unit testing and peer review processes

• Skilled in addressing technical debt

• Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies

• Experience in large-scale, multi-vendor delivery environments

• Excellent skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration

• Experience in UK Public Sector environments is highly preferred
