This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the internal lead for the Race4EveryKid virtual fundraiser, overseeing every stage from strategic planning to post-campaign evaluation and reporting.
• Create and implement a long-term growth strategy aimed at increasing the Race's revenue from $400,000 to $1 million within three years; establish annual goals for revenue, participation, and team recruitment, and proactively adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
• Contribute to the formulation of annual campaign budgets, timelines, and revenue objectives; generate comprehensive post-campaign evaluations with suggestions for ongoing enhancement.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment and retention strategies for individual participants, fundraising teams, and returning supporters; nurture ongoing relationships with key participants and volunteers throughout the year.
• Design and manage a corporate team initiative, fostering connections with businesses to enhance team involvement, employee donations, and sustained brand engagement in the campaign.
• Create engagement touchpoints, coaching materials, and incentive programs that encourage participants to increase their fundraising efforts; offer personalized coaching to top fundraisers and team leaders on effective P2P best practices.
• Partner with internal teams to guarantee that participants have the necessary resources, tools, and support to meet their fundraising objectives.
• Identify, nurture, and secure sponsorships for Race4EveryKid and other initiatives; develop sponsorship packages that provide measurable benefits to corporate partners.
• Establish a pipeline of corporate partners beyond current relationships; oversee all sponsor obligations, stewardship efforts, and renewal discussions throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance campaign visibility, promote sponsorship recognition, and engage the wider community.
• Supervise all P2P and crowdfunding initiatives beyond Race4EveryKid, setting best practices, revenue goals, and timelines for each.
• Stay updated on platform capabilities, industry developments, emerging P2P models, and competitor campaigns to consistently improve performance.
• Manage campaign platforms, participant data, and CRM records to ensure accuracy and support data-informed decision-making.
• Leverage platform and CRM data to monitor recruitment pipelines, fundraising achievements, retention rates, and revenue outcomes; create dashboards to assess program effectiveness and guide strategy.
• At least 5 years of fundraising experience at an organization where peer-to-peer fundraising is a key revenue source, with direct, hands-on responsibility for campaign execution and growth.
• In-depth knowledge of the complete range of P2P fundraising models — endurance events, walkathons, virtual campaigns, DIY fundraising, and gaming/streaming; candidates should possess established best practices across various formats.
• Proven success in growing P2P or virtual campaigns, ideally achieving six- or seven-figure revenue targets.
• Experience in securing sponsorships and managing corporate partnerships within a fundraising framework.
• Capability to influence and achieve results through a consultative, relationship-oriented approach; comfortable engaging with C-suite corporate contacts as well as grassroots participants.
• Proficient with peer-to-peer fundraising platforms; experience with DonorDrive is an advantage.
• Data-driven mindset; capable of analyzing campaign metrics and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Self-motivated, results-focused, and highly organized; able to oversee a complex, multi-month campaign with minimal oversight.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; a strong passion for the mission is essential.
