This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Conduct peer sessions that validate challenges, foster hope, and support therapeutic advancements.

• Engage individuals at their level, assisting those who may feel reluctant to discover their own intrinsic motivations for participation.

• Facilitate virtual groups centered on wellness tools and psycho-education.

• Adhere to crisis protocols to evaluate safety and initiate clinical referrals to psychotherapists as needed.

• A valid and unrestricted peer support certification (e.g., CPS-MH or equivalent from your state).

• A personal background of anxiety and/or depression that you can draw upon to inspire hope.

• A genuine dedication to approaching each patient with curiosity and respect.

• A strong desire to assist adults aged 65 and older, with sensitivity to their specific medical and generational needs.

• Experience in leading peer or educational groups is advantageous.

• Proficiency with digital platforms and a systematic approach to resolving technical issues patiently.

• Applicants must have consistent access to a private computer/laptop and high-speed internet while conducting sessions.

• Applicants must also have a private area for patient calls to ensure confidentiality.

• Experience in mental health coaching is a plus.

• Compensation for training, meetings, and no-show fees.

• Flexible, remote working hours aligned with clinic operations (Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST).
