Pediatric Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Oversee the promotion, management, and expansion of Abbott Pediatric Nutritional products within hospital and office environments.

• Create and support territory sales objectives in each hospital and office service area for Similac and PediaSure.

• Engage in hospital negotiations and contracting processes.

• Possess a thorough understanding of all products, clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines, along with the ability to convey this information effectively in a sales context.

• Lead new product introductions.

• Grasp the hierarchy of hospital departments, including NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacies, Purchasing, PICU, Nurseries, and Nursing units.

• Collaborate efficiently with Dietitians, Physicians, and Nurses.

• Demonstrate strong administrative capabilities.

• Manage budgets effectively.

• Operate independently with a significant level of initiative, independence, and autonomy.

• Exhibit a strong desire for self-motivation, actively pursuing success in both short-term and long-term objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, complemented by clinical experience (Registered Dietitians and Registered Nurses).

• Demonstrated stability and success in sales roles.

• Be recognized as a subject matter expert with strong business acumen.

• Familiarity with hospital settings, especially within pediatrics, is advantageous.
