This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver exceptional medical nutrition therapy to patients and clients.
• Evaluate nutritional requirements, provide medical nutrition therapy, and offer nutrition education.
• Collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary team, serving as a resource for the physician staff and others.
• May engage in community service by delivering nutrition education to various groups or individuals outside of the hospital.
• Bachelor's Degree in Food & Nutrition or a related field.
• A Master's degree is mandatory if registration was acquired after January 1, 2024.
• Must be registered with the ADA Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
• CPR Certification from either the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association, or obtained within six (6) months of hire.
• Completion of a qualified professional experience necessary for the registered dietitian exam administered by the ADA Commission on Dietetic Registration.
