
Pediatric Nutrition Specialty Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Complete ownership of accounts.
• Implementing strategic sales initiatives aimed at surpassing established sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with the District Manager and cross-functional/interdisciplinary teams to execute the strategic account plan.
• Provide clinical and scientific benefits and information within a sales context through comprehensive knowledge of all products, clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines.
• Effectively engage with Clinical Nutrition Managers, Discharge Planners, Dietitians, HMEs, and Physicians.
• Prioritize resource utilization to enhance return on investment.
• Plan and organize efforts to maximize focus on key priorities.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Experience in strategic account planning.
• Exceptional oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Clinical/Healthcare experience (RD/RN) is highly encouraged.
• Experience in selling to a diverse range of Healthcare Practitioners in both Hospital and Office settings.
• Strong business acumen demonstrated through a solid understanding of the healthcare landscape.
