• Complete accountability for assigned accounts.
• Implement strategic sales initiatives aimed at surpassing set sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with the District Manager and cross-functional/interdisciplinary teams to carry out the strategic account plan.
• Provide clinical and scientific advantages and information in a sales context through an in-depth understanding of all products, clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines.
• Engage effectively with Clinical Nutrition Managers, Discharge Planners, Dietitians, HMEs, and Physicians.
• Focus on resource utilization to enhance return on investment.
• Organize and plan activities to prioritize top objectives.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• Experience in strategic account planning.
• Exceptional oral communication abilities.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Clinical/Healthcare experience (RD/RN) is highly encouraged.
• Sales experience with a diverse range of Health Care Practitioners in both Hospital and Office settings.
• Solid business acumen demonstrated through a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare landscape.
