Pediatric Nutrition National Sales Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Achieving the objectives, goals, strategies, and measures of Sales Training.

• Assist in the identification, development, and execution of designated product and sales skill training for new hires and sales team members.

• Acquire and demonstrate proficiency in necessary computer applications for the role.

• Cultivate effective group presentation skills for both classroom settings and sales meetings.

• Modify training materials to align with evolving selling practices and customer environments.

• Responsible for meeting annual targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required, along with 3-5 years of overall business experience.

• Over 3 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, medical devices, or a comparable field within healthcare.

• At least 1 year of field training experience in the medical or healthcare sector.

• Demonstrated history of outstanding sales performance.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in one-on-one coaching and facilitation.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
