📋 Description

• Create and execute strategic initiatives to cultivate robust, enduring client relationships that stimulate business expansion within national and regional healthcare systems.

• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to synchronize strategies and provide outstanding client solutions.

• Assess market trends and competitor activities to pinpoint opportunities and risks, offering strategic insights to the team.

• Establish and enhance sales processes to improve efficiency and guarantee consistent performance.

• Carry out regular performance evaluations, deliver constructive feedback, and assist in the professional growth of team members under dotted line reporting.

• Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of the industry, client requirements, and competitive environment.

• The designated territory will encompass the West Region with 40% travel required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in a strategic account management position.

• More than 10 years of business experience.

• Proven track record in sales management, with a focus on strategic account management being an advantage.

• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales objectives.

• Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of commercial execution fundamentals (metric management, goal setting, cadence, etc.).

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal capabilities.

• Analytical mindset with the capacity to make decisions based on data.

• Extensive knowledge of the industry and market dynamics.

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
