Pedagogical Lead – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the quality of programs, the effectiveness of coaches, and the overall consistency of delivery.

• Your aim is to create a straightforward, actionable, and results-focused learning experience that can keep pace with rapid growth.

• You will design comprehensive training programs including modules, video scripts, exercises, and frameworks.

• You will establish a clear, results-oriented learning progression.

• You will develop proprietary methodologies.

• You will continuously modify content based on feedback from the field and performance metrics.

• You will ensure overall consistency across various levels of support.

• You will recruit, onboard, and train coaches.

• You will oversee their skills development through training, feedback, and best practices.

• You will ensure the quality and consistency of coaching.

• You will manage complex situations involving learners.

• You will organize schedules and balance workloads.

• You will be central to key business moments (at least 5 challenges annually).

• You will coordinate teams during critical periods.

• You will ensure seamless live delivery.

• You will analyze performance and drive improvements after launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess 5–10 years of experience in a comparable role, blending instructional design with the management or coordination of educational teams.

• You have experience in online education, infopreneurship, or within a launch environment (webinars, challenges, high-ticket items).

• You have successfully structured training programs from start to finish.

• You understand how to simplify complex programs into actionable formats.

• You can define a pedagogical vision and implement it operationally.

• You know how to manage and enhance the skills of a team of coaches.

• You are adept at managing multi-team projects.

• You can analyze performance data and make informed decisions based on it.

• You are comfortable with digital tools such as Kajabi, CRM, Notion, Circle, and Slack.
