Pedagogical Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Regularly oversee the execution of the educational solution through technical visits, evaluation of indicators, pedagogical observations, and follow-ups on action plans.

• Provide guidance to Municipal Departments of Education, technical teams, school leaders, and educators on the effective use of NeuroSaber’s resources, methodologies, platforms, and assessment tools.

• Perform on-site client assessments to identify challenges and suggest enhancement initiatives.

• Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster retention and engagement.

• Ensure that NeuroSaber’s offerings are aligned with the educational standards of various education networks.

• Oversee the implementation and advancement of educational solutions, assisting municipalities with their pedagogical and ongoing professional development requirements.

• Compile comprehensive reports following each follow-up activity and present them to the NeuroEscola Coordination team.

• Track improvement initiatives proposed to education networks aimed at achieving educational outcomes.

• Conduct sample-based evaluations of assessments given in schools and gather data to refine strategies and action plans.

• Provide focused training sessions for educators and school leaders.

• Foster collaborative partnerships with Departments of Education, school leaders, and educators.

• Handle schedules, travel arrangements, records, documents, platforms, and other administrative tasks.

• Represent NeuroSaber in an institutional capacity during technical visits, training sessions, and meetings.

• Undertake additional activities as required and authorized by the direct supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• A graduate-level qualification in Education or a related field.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a public school or public education network in a pedagogical and/or administrative capacity is preferred, such as a Pedagogical Advisor, Tutoring Analyst, Pedagogical Analyst, Academic Analyst, or similar role.

• A Category B driver’s license is preferred.
