PDS Operations Analyst – Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist in the formulation of PDS sourcing strategies for construction, trades, and related services.

• Facilitate the complete sourcing process, encompassing supplier identification, development of RFP/RFQ, bid analysis, contract negotiation, and award recommendations.

• Evaluate category plans, subcategory spending, supplier and contract summaries, and market insights.

• Review supplier cost proposals, financial data, and bid submissions.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key PDS suppliers.

• Perform market trend analyses and deliver findings in client-ready formats.

• Aid in strategic supplier reviews and quarterly business evaluations.

• Assist with responsible procurement initiatives.

• Identify and report third-party risk issues while supporting mitigation efforts.

• Generate sourcing reports, category dashboards, and updates for stakeholders.

• Contribute to change management and process enhancement initiatives.

• Engage in cross-functional planning meetings.
